We usually reply within a few days. Anything urgent on a game night is faster through a commissioner in person.
Joining the league
Questions about registration, the free-agent pool, season dates or fees. If you already have an account, a commissioner can also be reached by direct message inside the app.
Something is broken
A score that looks wrong, a stat that did not save, a page that will not load. Tell us what you were doing, which game or page it was, and what device you were on — it makes the fix much faster.
Privacy, data and takedowns
Ask for a copy of your data, correct something wrong, delete your account, or have a photo or video of you removed. Say which it is and we will action it by hand.
Security problems
If you have found a vulnerability, email us privately rather than posting it. Tell us what you found and how to reproduce it, and please do not access anyone else's data while testing.
